I see that I haven't made an entry since March. I'm struggling so far this year. I'm not sure why, but I'm about 1 mph slower than last year. Can't say if it's age related or I'm just getting into the year a little slower than previous years. I dpn't have much in the way of long rides, with 1 72 mile ride and 1 65 mile ride being the most I've done. I am feeling a litlle better than I was in early May, so maybe I'll recover, but for now I'm not able to stay with people that I rode away from last year.
